A leading real estate firm in Dubai is seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and lead a team of property consultants. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in real estate sales, excellent communication, and negotiation skills, plus a valid UAE driving license. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales and team leadership.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in closing real estate deals.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • RERA Certification (preferred).

You will get an opportunity to work with highly qualified and experienced RERA certified Sales & Leasing executive. The management of Think Properties has over 15 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate market and therefore supports the team with a deep working knowledge and understanding of how the market has evolved from the launch of freehold, through its peak and the trough and now with somewhat more mature market. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and performance plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new agents to grow the team and enhance overall sales capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and key industry partners.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and progress evaluations to ensure team alignment and accountability.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, property values, legal regulations, and competitive developments to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast sales goals and identify opportunities for growth.
