As an Appointment Setter , you’ll be the first warm voice our clients hear. You’ll listen to their story, understand their motivations, and guide them toward booking a consultation with our wedding experts. This isn’t just scheduling — it’s about creating connection, trust, and excitement for one of the most meaningful days of someone’s life.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales and Customer Experience teams, ensuring each couple receives quick, personalized responses (we aim to reply within one minute on our chat tools). If you love communicating, multitasking, and being part of a friendly, fast-moving environment where empathy matters as much as efficiency — you’ll fit right in.

Requirements
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, hospitality, or administrative support
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Confidence and persuasive communication skills — you can turn curiosity into a booked call
  • Strong multitasking ability across calls, WhatsApp, Botspace, and email
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work flexible shifts (weekday / weekend rotation, up to 50 hours / week)
  • A calm, empathetic tone and the ability to handle clients with warmth and care
  • Open to new graduates eager to grow in sales and client-facing roles
  • Preference for female candidates, aligned with client demographics
