A leading real estate brokerage in Dubai is seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and motivate a team of agents. The successful candidate will develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and maintain client relationships. A minimum of 2 years experience in real estate sales is required, along with strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of the Dubai market. - Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, including sales figures, team performance, and market insights.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
