Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth and achieve team targets. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalise on new opportunities.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs expectations. Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the buying and selling process.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of current market conditions, property values, and competitive landscape in Dubai. Utilize this knowledge to guide the team and make informed decisions.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Implement best practices to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, including sales figures, team performance, and market insights.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
