• Greet and welcome all guestsapproaching the restaurant in accordance with the higheststandards.
• Handle, Serve guests efficiently,with flair and courteous manner
• To have athorough understanding and knowledge of all Food & Beverageas well as allergens on items in the menu and the ability torecommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sellalternatives.
• Being a sales person by upsellingHotelpromotions specially in F&B
• Assistother team members to achieve greatness and cleanliness for theover whole cluster
• To be flexible and extendjob duties to carry out any other reasonable duties andresponsibilities within the job capability as assigned, includingredeployment to alternative departments / areas if required, to meetbusiness demands and guest serviceneeds.
• Handling all cashier duties asassigned

Qualifications

• Previousexperience in Hotel or Restaurantis anadvantage
• Ability to focus attention on guestneeds, remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
• Strong interpersonal and problem solvingabilities
• Ability to work well under pressurein a fast paced environment
• Ability to workcohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
