Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience in a fast paced environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily administrative activities of the Executive office.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Executive team.
  • Ensure all communications are handled promptly.
  • Receive and distribute mail and ensure timely dispatch of outgoing mail.
  • Provide minutes to Executive Team Meetings and compile reports if necessary.
  • Maintain adequate supplies of office stationary.
  • Carry out all filing and comply with security mandates.
