Job summary
A leading family business in MENA is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to oversee multiple subsidiaries and drive strategic initiatives for growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, strong P&L management skills, and the ability to lead diverse teams. This role also requires expertise in stakeholder engagement and a deep understanding of the regional business landscape. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred for effective communication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CEO or Group CEO leading large diversified businesses.
- Strong P&L ownership and strategic leadership capabilities.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and high-stakes decision-making.
- Deep understanding of the MENA business landscape, ideally in a family business environment.
- Arabic language proficiency preferred for effective regional engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a groupwide strategy for business expansion and profitability.
- Lead P&L management and financial optimization across diverse industries.
- Provide executive leadership and mentorship to subsidiary CEOs/GMs.
- Identify and drive investment and growth opportunities.
