Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend CEO meetings and document discussions and action items.
• Manage the CEO’s action list and ensure completion.
• Prepare progress updates and escalation of issues.
• Draft high-quality reports and briefs for executives.
• Lead special projects including due diligence and contract reviews.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Prepare correspondence and coordinate with various departments.
