Job Description
- Manage and reduce expires KYC by taking ownership of the end to end processing, including direct communication with customers to ensure timely updates and complete resolution.
- Maintain detailed Sales MIS & KPA tracking for MG
- Support the business by analyzing & interrogating complex data to identify trends, steer business thinking, and help increase the revenue from hidden opportunities
- Responsible for Weekly team presentations and dashboard development for frontline management
- Business planning by generating focused sales propensity opportunities based on client data and analytical reports provided by segment
- Overall portfolio management, generation of detailed MIS and carrying out appropriate analytics to ensure ongoing guidance to the sales teams
- Seamless portfolio rationalization per RM and migration of clients between and within segments based on eligibility criteria
- Handhold new team joiners by providing proper business performance support and ensure they are on track in terms of systems and portfolio mapping
- Responsible for team's achievement of Financial and Non Financial targets set by management
Responsibilities
Sales Governance
- Action on ONR, DTR, regulatory documents and other expired documents within 30 days.
- Ensure that expired KYC/ID documents, CPRA are renewed within 30 days of expiry
- Zero tolerance on complaints received due to misleading information including mis-sell
- No overdue MERs
If unable to contact client, RM to ensure CRM is updated.
Area Manager
- Provide to Area manager updates on assigned projects and tasks
- Reporting deals tracking/ Sales performance per RM per week
- Analyzing RMs portfolio
- Assisted AM with RM related tasks and assigned segment follow up reports and tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree
- Relevant Degrees in Information System (IS), Management of Information System (MIS), Statistics, Data Science (DS).
- 3+ years of practical experience in Data Analysis and operating different BI tools
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient Excel capabilities, CRM Skills, Presentation & Data Analysis abilities
- Strong Analytical skills
- Excellent Stakeholder management attributes, displaying the aptitude and confidence to collaborate with team members and officials
- Strong expertise on Process and report automation.
- Experience on Power BI report interpretation & analysis
