We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support the daily functions of store operations and administration. The ideal candidate will assist in managing inventory, staff coordination, logistics, and compliance while ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office requirements and administrative tasks.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure seamless coordination.
- Assist in managing store and staff targets.
- Support inventory management and stock control.
- Coordinate driver scheduling and logistics.
- Manage vehicle insurance and documentation.
- Oversee property insurance, including JB, WC, PL & PR.
- Assist in staff uniform distribution and compliance.
- Organize staff training sessions for skill development.
- Manage the distribution of gifts and goodies for staff engagement.
- Ensure fire safety compliance and police connectivity.
- Handle store asset management and tracking.
- Conduct store visits to monitor operations and performance.
- Coordinate accommodation management for staff.
- Arrange and facilitate monthly meetings.
- Prepare and analyze monthly/weekly sales reports.
- Generate stock movement reports and analysis on a monthly/yearly basis.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in operations, retail, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyze reports and assist in strategic planning.
- Knowledge of inventory management and operational compliance.
