Ontime Group is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Estimator to join our Ontime Interiors team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for various interior fitout projects ensuring that all costs are thoroughly evaluated and included.
- Review project drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work
- Gather and analyze data on labor materials and overhead costs
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for interior fitout projects
- Consult with project managers and designers to understand project requirements and timelines
- Maintain a database of costs and pricing information for materials and resources
- Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for prospective clients
- Monitor and adjust estimates based on project changes or unforeseen circumstances
- Provide support in budget preparation and cost control efforts throughout project implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Interior Design or a related field
- Proven experience as a Cost Estimator in the interior fitout industry
- Strong knowledge of interior fitout processes and material costs
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams to achieve goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Familiarity with UAE construction and interior fitout regulations is an advantage
