We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Buyer- Smart womenwear to lead buying strategy, manage product development, and optimize financial performance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in P&L management, turnover %, revenue growth, cost negotiation, and brand/category management.

• Drive buying strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage category-level P&L, turnover %, and revenue targets
• Negotiate costs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure margin improvement
• Oversee brand performance and range planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely execution and delivery

• 8–9 years of experience in a buying or merchandising role
• Strong analytical and commercial skills with proven financial impact
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
• Experience in product lifecycle and brand/category growth
