Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and multitasking Purchase Executive to manage the procurement activities for our in-house brands. The role involves sourcing, vendor coordination, cost negotiation, order follow-ups, and ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cost efficiency.

Fresh graduates with a strong academic background from reputed universities or colleges are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end purchasing for in-house brands, including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  • Maintain and update the vendor database, including supplier performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with the brand, design, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure procurement aligns with production and sales requirements.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder timelines to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Collaborate with the finance department for invoice verification and payment processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and quality requirements.
  • Support product development and sampling needs for new in-house brand items.
  • Maintain detailed purchase records, cost comparisons, and procurement reports for management review.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in retail, trading, or FMCG sectors.
  • Experience in handling procurement for in-house/private label brands is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (such as Odoo, SAP, or Tally).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Fresh graduates with relevant academic background and internship experience will also be considered.
