Job summary

Job description

Maintain order and stock master records, ensure accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contracts.

Procure all required pharmaceutical items, follow up for delivers, ensures no late deliveries with suppliers.

Conduct demand forecasting and demand planning.

Negotiate prices and contract terms with vendors to secure the best possible deals.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Ensuring that the integrity of Data within ERP and EMR Systems is up to par with the current agreement with vendors, Inventory levels, current price, vendor sources etc.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain, including supply disruptions, product recalls, and quality issues.

Collaborate with warehouse management to resolve inventory and delivery discrepancies.

Stay up to date with changing regulations and requirements in the healthcare industry, especially those related to pharmaceuticals.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required.

Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for inventory optimization.

Implement inventory control and management systems to prevent product expiry.
