Position: Sales Engineer

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fit-out sector.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
3. Conduct sales presentations and prepare proposals tailored to client requirements.
4. Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
5. Provide technical expertise and consultation on fit-out solutions, including materials, design, and construction techniques.
6. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored fit-out solutions.
7. Develop detailed technical specifications and drawings in coordination with the design and engineering teams.
8. Oversee the entire fit-out process from initial consultation to project completion.
9. Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers, designers, and contractors, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
10. Monitor project progress and address any issues or changes that arise.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (Preferred).
2. Proven experience in sales engineering, particularly in the fit-out or construction industry.
3. Strong technical knowledge of fit-out materials, systems, and design principles.
4. Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
