Job summary

A leading engineering solutions company based in Dubai is looking for an Inside Sales Team Engineer. In this role, you will support UAE customers with Fire detection systems, manage technical inquiries, and prepare quick quotes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and at least 3 years of experience in service sales related to Fire detection and emergency lighting systems. Strong technical knowledge and customer-oriented skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Service Sales or estimation in Fire detection systems.
• Strong knowledge of Fire pumps, Emergency lighting, and Fire Protection systems.
• Experience in preparing quick quotes and securing orders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key contact for clients and provide technical advice.
• Handle Fire Commercial inquiries and maintain customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on outstanding proposals.
