To support our growing business, we are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Technical Sales Executive to join our sales team in the Material Handling Equipment business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions that meet client specifications and requirements.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow‑ups and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Provide post‑sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Skills
Preferred Candidate
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within Industrial Equipment / Machinery / Material Handling will have an added advantage.
- Valid UAE Car driving license (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them to non‑technical clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Results‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue.
