Recruitment Specialist Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs across various departments Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings candidate sourcing screening interviewing and selection Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards social media and professional networks to identify potential candidates Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Prepare interview questions and assessment criteria in collaboration with department heads Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process providing timely feedback and communication Manage the offer process including salary negotiations and employment agreements Work closely with the HR Manager to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment records and metrics Ensure all recruitment practices comply with UAE labor laws and company policies Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment preferably within the real estate or related industry Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and UAE labor laws Proven track record of successfully managing endtoend recruitment processes Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools Benefits Competitive salary and performancebased incentives Comprehensive health insurance Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive and collaborative work environment
