HR Payroll Specialist should have a strong background in payroll processing and in-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements along with Advanced excel. This role involves the comprehensive handling of payroll-related tasks, including but not limited to, data entry, calculation, and distribution of wages. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of payroll experience, with hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including system implementation and optimization. A key focus of this position is the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors, leveraging the system's capabilities to streamline payroll operations and enhance data integrity.
