Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Location: Dubai

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and execute payroll processes with accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, maintaining compliance with applicable laws, and supporting internal audits and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process end-to-end payroll for [monthly/bi-weekly/weekly] cycles.
2. Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, deductions.
3. Maintain payroll records and employee data in HRIS/payroll systems.
4. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to handle new hires, terminations, and compensation changes.
5. Prepare payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Stay current on labor laws and payroll best practices.
7. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, or discrepancies.
8. Support internal and external audits as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
2. [4+] years of proven experience in payroll processing.
3. Solid understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
4. Proficiency with payroll software (Oracle Fusion or similar software).
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
