Job Description

The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's workforce and culture by implementing effective human resource strategies. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience in a managerial role.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proven ability to manage HR projects from conception to completion.
• Experience in managing a team and developing HR professionals.
