Indian Pastry Chef in Ajman
We are seeking a skilled Indian Pastry Chef to join our team in Ajman. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods. You must have a thorough understanding of different flavor combinations and techniques in order to bring your creative ideas to life. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about pastry and wants to showcase their skills in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare various desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to recipes
- Develop new and innovative dessert items while keeping up with current food trends
- Ensure high-quality standards are met for all dishes served
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff members on proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section of the kitchen
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or relevant role
- Knowledge of different types of pastries, desserts, and baking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate team members
- Food safety certification is preferred
- Must be an Indian national with experience working in pastry kitchens
Salary: 1700$ per month
