Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our client's renowned Italian restaurant in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in working in a 5* hotel/restaurant environment and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a fine dining restaurant.
* Positions:1x for hot section, 1x coldsection, and 1x forPastry section
**Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes with precision and attention to detail
- Work efficiently in both hot and cold sections of the kitchen
- Demonstrate exceptional skills in ingredient preparation and cooking techniques
- Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and management
- Utilize alcohol in cooking processes as required by the restaurant's menu
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
**Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant
- Strong skills in ingredient preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Valid certificates and licenses related to culinary arts
