As a Chef De Partie you oversee a specific section of the kitchen to ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. You will manage daily mise‑en‑place and maintain consistency in taste, presentation and quality. You will support and guide junior staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate all tasks within kitchen section.
  • Prepare and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation and food safety practices in line with HACCP requirements.
  • Train, mentor and guide commis chefs to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Assist the Executive Sous Chef with menu development, stock control and efficient workflow planning.
About You
  • Strong culinary knowledge and proficient cooking techniques in the assigned section.
  • Excellent understanding of food safety hygiene standards and HACCP practices.
  • Competency in portion control, presentation standards and recipe adherence.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing operational requirements.
  • 2‑4 years of culinary experience in a luxury hotel.
  • High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management is required.
