Job summary
A leading aviation services company based in Dubai is seeking a candidate with a tertiary qualification to provide high-quality operational service arrangements for various flight types. The ideal applicant should possess strong organizational and communication skills and demonstrate exceptional customer service in securing flight clearances, coordinating ground handling, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. A detailed understanding of aviation concierge services is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Securing flight clearances.
- Conducting route analyses.
- Arranging worldwide ground handling services.
- Coordinating with CAAs, agents, handlers and associated third-party vendors.
- Working in a team to coordinate high-quality services for various flight types.
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Fuel coordination.
Skills
Education
Provides pre-flight consultation, route analysis, high quality of worldwide operational services arrangements and coordination for corporate business jets, commercial carriers (PAX & Cargo), ambulance and government VIP flight departments while achieving customer satisfaction.
Services include securing flight clearances, ground handling arrangements, fuel coordination, customs & visa arrangements, hotel accommodations, ground transportation and other miscellaneous client requirements.

- Coordinating with CAAs, agents, handlers and associated third party vendors to follow up specific requests
- Working in a team to coordinate high quality services for corporate business jets, commercial carriers, ambulance flights and government VIP flights
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Fuel coordination
- Candidate should have a tertiary qualification or higher
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
