Operations Assistant

Overview

We are a growing contracting company seeking a reliable and energetic Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role involving employee coordination, client visits, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Coordination:
    • Coordinate airport pickup for incoming employees from India
    • Transport employees to accommodation and assist with settling in
    • Accompany employees for medical tests, Emirates ID, insurance and other residence formalities
    • Ensure new arrivals have all necessary initial facilities
  • Client Coordination:
    • Visit client offices monthly for invoice submission
    • Collect cheques and payment documents
    • Follow up on signed agreements and other documentation
    • Maintain good relationships with client representatives
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain records of employee arrivals and documentation
    • Keep track of client payments and agreements
    • Handle basic office coordination tasks as needed
    • Report daily activities to management
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree (any field)
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory - non-negotiable)
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Responsible, punctual and well-organized
