About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Showroom Operations Assistant Manager to oversee daily showroom activities ensure exceptional customer experiences and support the sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate will manage both front-end and back-end operations maintaining smooth coordination between departments and upholding showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in day-to-day showroom operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Supervise and guide showroom staff ensuring high performance and customer service standards.
  • Manage inventory stock display and visual merchandising to maintain showroom appeal.
  • Coordinate with the sales logistics and accounts teams for timely order processing and deliveries.
  • Monitor customer inquiries feedback and complaints; ensure timely resolutions.
  • Track daily sales reports footfall and team performance metrics.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness branding and compliance with company policies.
  • Support in organizing promotions events and product demonstrations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as attendance shift schedules and petty cash.
  • Prepare periodic operational and performance reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or a related field.
  • 36 years of experience in retail or showroom operations (preferably in industry name).
  • Strong leadership communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
  • Excellent problem-solving and team management abilities.
