- Respond to client requests and support ad-hoc sales activities
- Coordinate between production and commercial teams
- Keep CRM and sales tools updated
- 2 - 4 years experience in sales administration, marketing, bid coordination or business support, ideally within a design, architecture or creative industry.
- Confident in a creative fast-paced international environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Jira and Adobe
- Strong communication skills
- Architecture / design experience is a plus
With experience of working in the UAE you should have fluent written and spoken English.
