You will manage the entire deal cycle, develop financial models, and lead negotiations with traditional financial institutions and Web3 organizations. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in sales, a strong network, and an understanding of financial products and DeFi. - Success in sourcing and closing deals with institutional partners.

- Develop pitches, financial models, and deal structures for institutional segments.
- Lead negotiations and ensure ongoing account management for clients.
