Job summary

A dynamic IT services company based in Dubai is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator (Female) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of inside sales experience, strong communication skills in English, and a proactive approach to managing partner relationships. Responsibilities include outbound sales calls, coordination of sales operations, and occasional travel. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development (preferably in B2B sales).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Self-driven with a high level of initiative, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with active partners.
  • Work closely with internal teams to manage the sales process operationally.
  • Track and document all sales activities using the CRM system.
  • Be willing to travel within the UAE and internationally as required.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator (Female) with relevant sales experience of 4-5 years to join our team in the UAE. This role combines inside sales activities, client site visits, partner management, and coordination of sales operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities, including occasional international travel.

Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales & Cold Calling:
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, generate new business opportunities, and follow up on leads.
Partner Management:
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with active partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
Sales Coordination & Operations:
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and manage the operational aspects of the sales process, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, follow-ups, and timely delivery.
Reporting & Documentation:
  • Track and document all sales activities, meetings, and outcomes using the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager.
Flexibility in Travel:
  • Be willing to travel within the UAE and internationally as required for business development, client meetings, and partner collaborations.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development (preferably in B2B sales).
