Role Description

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for training and integrating new Dealers, Shufflers, and TV Presenters, ensuring they meet company standards in procedures, customer service, and professional appearance. This role involves conducting workshops, providing feedback, and collaborating with management to support employee development and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the relationship with internal clients
  • Active contribution to the company’s development
  • Operational activities
  • Organizes workshop courses for Dealers, Shufflers and TV Presenters
  • Employee training on all gambling procedures and specifications
  • Training and strengthening customer service skills
  • Assigning responsibilities to new employees and ensuring that all staff provide high-quality customer service
  • Educating employees to ensure the maintenance of the company's standard for the visual image of the staff (hair/cut, make-up, nails, etc.)
  • Providing feedback to employees and to Management
  • Coordination with Shift Managers, Team Managers and/or other departments to identify individual needs for employees
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • High-School Diploma (University Degree is a plus)
  • Minimum work experience of twelve months as Gameshow Host (at Pragmatic Play)
  • Written and verbal communications skills Romanian/English (any other foreign language is a plus)
  • Over 97% evaluations in the last 6 months
  • Without any Disciplinary Commissions
  • Outstanding attendance
  • Calm communication skills and self-control
