Qualifications

• 10 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in leading medium sized strategy teams (3-4 headcount).
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience using data and metrics for process improvements.
• Strong analytical acumen for data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Streamline Onboarding process for seamless partner launches.
• Design new policies addressing Partner pain points.
• Identify improvements for existing processes based on market feedback.
• Own internal metrics to reflect Partner satisfaction.
• Manage churn and support retention for longtail accounts.
• Recommend improvements to Partner-facing features.
• Identify data-backed insights for scalable initiatives.
