A leading real estate firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Director to lead and mentor the sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5–7 years of experience in UAE real estate sales, a proven track record in closing high-value deals, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, conducting market research, and maintaining key relationships with stakeholders. Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in UAE real estate sales.
- Proven results in closing high-value property deals.
- Deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market preferred.

- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in UAE real estate sales
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven results in closing high-value property deals
- Ability to build and manage a sales team
- Deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market (preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
