Job summary

A leading distribution firm in Dubai is seeking a Field Sales Representative to expand its presence in specialized retail and HoReCa. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of field sales experience in the UAE and a proven track record of opening new accounts. This role offers an uncapped earning potential, with top performers earning between 7,000 and 15,000 AED per month, and opportunities for career growth. Training, support, and a structured onboarding process are provided.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of field sales experience in the UAE.

Your Mission:

What You'll Do:
  • Hunt & Farm: Actively prospect and onboard new retail partners (vape shops, tobacco stores) and lounges within your assigned territory.
  • Build Relationships: Become a valued partner through regular visits, understanding client needs, and providing expert advice.
  • Drive Sales: Present and negotiate our portfolio of leading brands, secure orders, and achieve your sales targets.
  • Merchandise for Impact: Ensure our products have the best visibility on shelves through effective merchandising and POS placement.
  • Be the Expert: Train store staff on product features and sales techniques, turning them into advocates for our brands.

Who We're Looking For:
  • You have 1+ years of field sales experience in the UAE, preferably within distribution, FMCG, or the tobacco/nicotine industry.
  • You are a hunter with a proven track record of opening new accounts.
  • You possess a valid UAE driving license.
  • You are fluent in English. Arabic, Russian, or Hindi is a major plus.
  • You are resilient, charismatic, and see "no" as the start of a conversation.
