Form Roastery is a premium specialty coffee brand with 5+ branches across the UAE, mainly in Al Ain. We focus on high-quality coffee, modern café standards, and a premium customer experience. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist who can support our brand growth professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for brand growth and customer engagement.
  • Manage social media channels and create high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Plan campaigns, promotions, collaborations, and seasonal marketing activities.
  • Support new store openings with marketing materials and activation plans.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare monthly performance and analytics reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Strong knowledge or experience with European branding styles, European café trends, or European marketing standards (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing (F&B or hospitality is a plus).
  • A strong professional portfolio is required – including social media work, designs, campaigns, or content samples.
  • Skilled in content creation, digital marketing, and social media management.
  • Creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
