Job Description
  • Develop andimplement comprehensive marketing strategies and promotion plans for events andconferences.
  • Research andidentify relevant industry events and conferences that can enhance companyvisibility, generate leads, and boost sales.
  • Utilize the fullmarketing mix to promote events and conferences, including email, direct mail,PR, social media, online advertising, SMS, radio, and TV.
  • Create and managea marketing plan focused on lead generation, collaborating with internal teamsto optimize marketing efforts for all event components.
  • Managerelationships with vendors, organizers, and attendees to facilitate seamlessevent operations.
  • Oversee thecreation, design, and delivery of marketing collateral, including salesbrochures, visitor tickets, advertisements, web banners, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinateon-site event presence, including registration, press office, branding, andmaterial placement.
  • Forecast,monitor, and manage the event marketing budget, ensuring that all expensesalign with financial goals.
  • Provide on-sitesupport, ensuring the smooth execution of all marketing-related activities.
