About the role

Persistence Labs is looking for a Marketing Associate based out of India to help scale and complement its overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate takes pride in overseeing an idea from initial thinking to bringing it to life through words. They are continually looking to learn and improve. We are looking for someone who is a thinker that can thrive in a remote, fast-paced, innovative startup environment and isn’t deterred by unknowns or unfamiliar concepts. They should be well-versed with Crypto Twitter and understand the type of content that resonates with this target audience, including content shared by KOLs/protocols.

Roles & responsibilities
  1. Contribute to shaping the overall content strategy for Persistence by generating content and campaign ideas across channels like Twitter, Blog, Discord, and more.
  2. Write long and short-form content related to Persistence’s ecosystem and vision.
  3. Work closely with the design and product teams to execute Persistence’s content strategy daily.
  4. Conduct data-driven analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of the content strategy.
Basic qualifications
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent. A BA or specialization in Marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
  2. Exhibit curiosity and a hunger to learn.
  3. Strong copywriting skills.
  4. Previous experience in content writing.
  5. Excellent thinking, task management, and communication skills.
  6. Relevant experience in crypto or a strong interest in crypto.
  7. Knowledge of Proof-of-Stake, especially liquid staking.
  8. Basic understanding of DeFi.
