We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager having Experience in IT Infrastructure sales.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating IT sales and business, developing relationships with new clients, making sales visits and presentations, maintaining advanced knowledge of products and services, establishing and meeting sales goals & Target. Experience in selling backup and disaster recovery products is an added advantage to the candidate.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Develop and expand a portfolio of corporate clients through networking and marketing efforts

* Assess client needs for Infrastructure, Back up ,Business Continuity and disaster recovery solutions,

* Negotiate sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients

* Establish sales goals and implement a plan to achieve them

* Track progress towards sales goals and document sales performance

* Become proficient in all products and services offered by the company through testing, demonstrations, and research

* Answer client questions, describe benefits, and discuss pros and cons of various competing products or services

Desired Candidate Profile

* Experience in Sales and Marketing

* Knowledge of relevant IT products and sales techniques

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation abilities

* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

* Ability to meet sales goals and work under pressure

* High energy level, motivation, and ambition

* Technical proficiency and attention to detail

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma.
