Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead our fund-raising and equity-related activities. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in securing capital, managing investor relations, and supporting strategic financial planning to fuel the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end fund-raising efforts (debt and equity), including preparing investor pitch decks, financial models, and due diligence materials.
2. Identify and build relationships with investors, venture capital firms, private equity, and financial institutions.
3. Support equity structuring, valuation discussions, and negotiations with stakeholders.
4. Manage capital budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
5. Drive strategic initiatives related to mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
6. Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
7. Monitor cash flow, funding requirements, and capital structure optimization.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA, CFA, or MBA preferred).
2. 5-10 years of experience in finance with a strong focus on fund raising and equity transactions.
3. Proven track record in securing funding from banks, investors, or financial institutions.
4. Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets.
5. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and market dynamics is a plus.
