The role demands a strong background in HR advisory with at least 8 years of relevant experience, particularly in UAE Mainland and Freezone jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include advising management on HR policies, overseeing payroll and personnel administration, and managing compensation and benefits programs. Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in HR, specifically within UAE regulations.
- Experience as HR advisor for UAE Mainland & Freezone jurisdiction.
- Ability to align policies with UAE laws.

Damen Middle East Shared Services located in UAE is part of Damen Global Support that provides support services for the divisions of Damen Shipyards Group in the areas of various expertise like Finance, Audit, Legal and Compliance.
Qualification – Masters / CIPD level 5 – 8 yrs experience in UAE
The Role is a HR Business Partner for Middle East. The role will play a crucial role to align all UAE regulations. Having pre-experience as HR advisor is desired specially for UAE Mainland & Freezone jurisdiction regulations.
