Job summary
A hospitality management company is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations in Dubai. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and conducting inventory. Candidates should have a Technical Degree in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management and 3-4 years of experience in F&B operations, including 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong customer focus and teamwork abilities are essential for this position.
Qualifications
- 3 - 4 years of experience in F&B operations, out of which 1 year in a similar supervisory role.
Responsibilities
- Handle customers' bill payments and deal with any complaints.
- Oversee work done by all staff members and ensure they follow preparation techniques.
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting menu items.
