• Safety & Hygiene Compliance : Ensure all laundry processes comply with hygiene, safety, and infection control standards, including the proper handling of soiled and contaminated linens.
• Training & Development : Provide training to laundry attendants on best practices, machine operation, safety protocols, and guest service excellence.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the housekeeping, uniform, and linen departments to ensure smooth operations and timely linen distribution.
• Report & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of laundry operations, including equipment maintenance logs, inventory levels, and performance reports.

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in hospitality or textile management is a plus.
• Experience : Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a hotel or commercial laundry operation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of laundry chemicals, fabric care, and machine operation.
• Leadership & Team Management : Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail : Strong ability to maintain high cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with multiple departments.
• Problem-Solving Abilities : Ability to quickly address and resolve operational challenges while maintaining service excellence.
