• 3-5 years of experience within luxury hospitality or luxury customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Manager with payroll duties.
• Train the Spa and Fitness team on products.
• Track Spa quality scores and implement action plans.
• Monitor performance of Spa GSE and Fitness team.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews for staff.
• Ensure guest areas of the Spa and Gym are clean.
