Job Responsibilities

• Assist residents and visitors with enquiries related to building services, amenities, and local information.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and in-person requests.
• Please collaborate with the maintenance and security teams to ensure resident concerns are addressed promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and service requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all building occupants.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Must be currently located in the UAE (only UAE-based candidates will be considered).
