We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management, and expertise in acquisition metrics within the financial services and trading industry. The ideal candidate will focus on ROI optimization, high-quality lead generation, and user growth in the Indian market.

Position Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Dubai (Office-based)

Experience Required: 2–5 years

Reporting To: Head of Marketing – Regional Marketing

Industry Preference: CFD, Forex, Financial Services

Key Job Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Execution & Optimization: Plan, set up, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and programmatic/display channels.
  2. Lead Generation & Acquisition: Drive targeted traffic and generate high-quality leads, ensuring low CPA and improved conversion rates.
  3. Performance Analysis: Monitor daily metrics (CTR, CVR, CPL, FTD, ND), identify trends, and implement data-driven optimizations.
  4. Landing Page Strategy: Collaborate with web and design teams to test and optimize landing pages for better user experience and ad relevance.
  5. Budget Management: Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently, aligning spending with business goals and ROI targets.
  6. Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for the senior marketing team.
  7. Collaborations: Work with marketing agencies, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to execute campaigns in line with brand strategy and compliance standards.
