Job description

You will be part of Binance’s Global Creative Team, delivering world-class, compelling, and brand-aligned design work for the fast-growing crypto exchange platform. Your work will span digital graphic design, merchandise, campaign assets, motion design, social media, events, digital marketing, and out-of-home advertising (OOH).

You’ll act as the Creative Point of Contact (POC) for marketing teams across the MENASA region, driving key campaigns, mentoring junior designers, and supporting team administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute creative direction to deliver impactful, on-brand campaigns
• Collaborate with design leads, project managers, and copywriters for campaign delivery
• Lead creative efforts in the MENASA region and liaise with local marketing teams
• Innovate and challenge creative design processes continuously
• Support acquisition and retention marketing with engaging digital creative assets
• Review and optimize creative materials based on campaign performance
• Mentor junior designers and help onboard new team members
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and freelancers
• Foster a positive, innovative team culture
• Use feedback from brand leads to improve design output

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in a creative/design role, preferably in high-volume, fast-paced businesses (crypto, lifestyle, fashion, sports preferred)
• Strong English communication and presentation skills (Arabic or other languages a plus)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite & Figma; 3D and Gen AI skills are a plus
• Proven track record in delivering end-to-end design projects on time
• Creative thinker with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Experience working with agencies and using task management tools (Asana, Google Docs, Excel, Word)
