An experienced and highly motivated recruitment consultant will work within the IT or finance market. You will operate in a fast-moving, candidate-driven environment, developing business strategies and making calls to attract clients' needs and offer suitable recruitment solutions. Your role involves liaising with clients to understand role requirements, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various technical roles.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with Business Development and Client Attraction
- Build market maps to identify key employers in your area of specialization
- Write and post technical job descriptions on IT boards, social media, and other channels
- Source candidates at all levels—junior, mid, senior, and specialist—for global businesses, including the Middle East markets
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure quality profiles are presented to clients
- Maintain a candidate CRM to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Consult with clients on hiring strategies and tailor approaches accordingly
- Stay updated with industry trends to evaluate candidates effectively
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups for networking
- Develop and manage your client portfolio, providing expert consultation to ensure repeat business
- Generate leads and new clients through your network
- Network online and offline to promote our employer brand and attract top professionals
- Mentor junior staff and champion company best practices
- Foster a positive, productive, and energetic work environment

Qualifications
- A university degree is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally as a technical recruiter
- Minimum of 2+ years in IT, Tech, or Finance recruitment within a 360 agency role
- Strong sales and business development skills
Skills Required
- Experience in a recruitment agency environment
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Knowledge of job boards like ICT Jobs and LinkedIn
- Experience with online interview platforms (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Hangouts)
- Technical understanding of IT roles
- Strong networking skills and persistence
