- Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, shortlisting resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
- Support HR team with onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Prepare HR reports, attendance records, and payroll documentation.
- Coordinate employee communications and HR announcements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle HR queries from employees professionally and promptly.
