Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, calculations, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including payroll summaries, tax reports, and employee earnings statements.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal and payroll data.
  • Stay up-to-date with payroll-related laws and regulations, including tax laws and workers' compensation requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure the accuracy of employee pay and benefits.
  • Assist with audits, as needed.
  • Process and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll procedures, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with payroll software, such as ADP, Paychex, or Workday.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with benefits administration is a plus.
