Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will manage employee records, assist with payroll processing, and coordinate HR events, fostering a positive workplace culture. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong organizational skills, along with 1-2 years of HR experience. This is a full-time position in Abu Dhabi with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of HR-related experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with policies.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate interviews and HR events as needed.
