• Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
• Search for talent from external sources (CV portals, social media) as per provided job descriptions.
• Match candidates according to given criteria and negotiate terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and facilitate interviews.
• Engage candidates to secure their commitment throughout the hiring and mobilization process.
• Develop an effective talent pool for various positions to meet urgent requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Assist Team Leader/Specialist in developing and implementing effective onboarding plans.
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Requirements:

• 10-12 years of HR experience, with at least 6 years in recruitment and onboarding within the EPC/Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of EPC/Oil & Gas white-collar EPC roles (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/ATS tools.
• Understanding of visa processing and mobilization for international projects (added advantage).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• UAE experience preferred.
