Job summary
A leading organization in the financial and technology sectors is seeking an HR Executive - Employee Services to manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and 3–5 years of HR operations experience. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in HRIS and advanced Excel capabilities. Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations in an international environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric approach.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Administer employee medical insurance and manage enrollments.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Maintain HR systems and data integrity for reporting purposes.
